FAQ

Pricing questions

What counts as a "paying customer"?+

One organisation you actively manage in IT Baseline. People, devices, sites and data sources inside it don't add extra cost. Importing a client from your PSA doesn't start billing on its own. You need to explicitly activate them.

Is my free customer really free forever?+

Yes. Your first managed customer stays free even after you move to a paid Core plan, and if you ever cancel, you keep one free customer rather than losing access entirely.

Can I add or remove customer capacity mid-term?+

Increases are prorated immediately. Decreases apply at your next renewal, and there's no refund for committed capacity you don't use in-term.

What happens if a payment fails?+

You'll have a grace period to sort it out before paid features are restricted. We won't expose billing issues to your own clients through the portal.
